Generation

ERS Energy offers a wide set of contractual possibilities for electricity production facilities, associated with various levels of service. The most complete level includes the provision of integrated O&M services, characterized by comprehensive personalized attention (from A to Z) for the potential client.

With these types of contracts, we have worked in electricity production facilities in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America, including independent power producers and power plants owned by utilities companies. In addition to these comprehensive contracts, we also provide more specific services to meet the needs of our clients.

WORK AREAS

Installation works:

– Installation works refer to the construction of new electricity production facilities;

heaters, turbines, generators, coal handling, conveyors, electrical systems, transformers and medium and high voltage networks.

Rehabilitation and modernization of electricity production facilities:

-Repairs, modernization, reconstruction and rehabilitation of machinery and electricity production facilities.

Manufacture of energy production equipment :

– Manufacture of energy production equipment, spare parts and steel structures for daily maintenance and exceptional overhauls, as well as for the reconstruction of main equipment.
– Induced draft fans, air fans and propellants, ventilation units, slag removal devices, screw type, charcoal feeders and crushers, spares and packages for regenerative air heaters, metal frames and pressure vessels.

Transmission and distribution

We provide a comprehensive service for power systems from low to very high voltage (500 kV) through a highly experienced and trained team for jobs of varying complexity. Below all our services in electric power transmission and distribution:

1) Design, supply and construction of electrical networks.
2) On-site or remote operation of transmission and distribution systems.

3) Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of transmission and distribution lines, as well as very high, high, medium and low voltage electrical substations.
4) Evaluation and maintenance of electrical protection, control, communication and measurement systems.
5) Optimization of maintenance programs and evaluations of cost reduction and reliability improvement.
